PM&C partners with lending institutions to monitor construction projects on their behalf. Our job is to ensure funding is accounted for properly and risk to the lender is minimized. Our team provides due diligence, project analysis and offers inspection-based recommendations on all requisitions and change orders. We also assist with insurance and surety claims to help resolve potential cost exposure.
