777 Main Street consists of an historic vacant 26-story office building, 6-story occupied retail and open parking garage building. PM&C, working for Boston Private Bank and Trust Company, is monitoring the redevelopment of the office building into 285 new residential apartments and commercial space.
As part of the 315,000 SF residential adaptive re-use, the existing common and commercial space will be modified to accommodate a residential lobby/concierge space, leasing and management office, and amenity space for fitness center, stretching room, art gallery, periodicals library, club rooms, game room and screening room.
The existing commercial space on the ground level in historic bank lobby will be cleaned and restored as well as the 2nd level of the tower building consisting of a commercial kitchen and dining facilities.
PM&C provides precise cost estimating services at every stage of the design process, knowing that the quality of their work can be the key to turning the owner’s vision into a practical reality.
PM&C can be relied on to always look for the best possible cost-to-value options for their clients.
