Location: Woburn, MA
Client: Tappe Associates
Budget: $19M

PMC provided cost estimating for both the Schematic Design and Design Development phases of this new 67,000 sf facility as well as reconciling with the construction manager when they came on board. Constructed on a constrained, urban site the new 2-story school combined both the former Goodyear Elementary and Clapp Elementary into one larger school. This served as both a cost effective and educationally appropriate solution.

Funded in part by the MSBA, Goodyear Elementary now houses 340 students in grades kindergarten through five.
