Location: Allston, MA Client: Chase Bank Construction Cost: $8M Completion: March 2018
PM&C is performing inspection services for the Low Income Investment Fund and Chase Bank on the partial renovation and addition project at the existing Boys and Girls Club facility. The project consists of the construction of a new 3,000 SF, 2-story addition to benefit youth, families, and members of the Allston-Brighton community. The new elliptical shaped addition will serve as a performance venue and include opportunities for indoor and outdoor performance space. The space will also be used for various fitness and educational activities with doors that open onto Ringer Park.
Renovation of the existing spaces entails selective demolition of the original building to improve the existing commercial kitchen, reconfigure the boy’s and girl’s locker rooms and create new Administrative Space as well as Art and Music areas.
PM&C provides precise cost estimating services at every stage of the design process, knowing that the quality of their work can be the key to turning the owner’s vision into a practical reality.
PM&C can be relied on to always look for the best possible cost-to-value options for their clients.
