Peter Bradley

Peter is highly regarded in the construction world for being a strategic team builder helping owners and architects complete projects on schedule and within budget. He founded PM&C to partner directly with clients and provide them with unsurpassed cost and project management services.

Peter is a graduate of the highly regarded Quantity Surveying program of the University of Ulster in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE.) He was the founder of the Boston Scholarship, a locally-based foundation that sends students from underprivileged backgrounds in Northern Ireland to the University of Ulster.

Colin Dutton
Construction Monitoring Division Manager

As manager for our Construction Monitoring division, Colin’s role is to represent our client, the lending institution, at construction sites to make certain construction is progressing as money is allocated. He draws upon his prior experience as a clerk-of-the-works, owner’s representative and project manager for several municipal government and private sector developers and applies this knowledge to each project.

Colin is also a proficient cost estimator and works with the PM&C team on a variety of projects.

A graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, he holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s license and has earned continuing education credits in estimating and project management from both Wentworth Institute and Northeastern University.

Denise Kelly
Cost Estimator

Since joining PM&C in 2016, Denise Kelly has been a positive addition to our team. Her 25 years of estimating experience in the institutional market as well as her keen knowledge of all building costs has been beneficial in helping our clients on a daily basis. Denise works on a variety of projects at all design phases and is proficient with our estimating computer software.

Denise received her National Diploma in Construction Economics in Quantity Surveying form the Institute of Technology, Sligo.

Maria McKenna
Cost Estimator

Maria is a lead estimator at PM&C, with over 20 years of industry experience.  She manages the production of accurate and thorough estimates for all phases of work, from feasibility design through to final construction documents. Her expertise is in preparing detailed cost estimates, working closely with clients on managing project budgets.  Maria is an expert in the use of estimating software.

A graduate of Regional Technical College in Limerick, Ireland, Maria earned a BSc in Quantity Surveying. 

Bao Nguyen
Cost Estimator

Bao joined the PMC team in 2019 with over 5 years of experience in the production of accurate and thorough estimates for all phases of work from feasibility to final construction documents.  Bao is well versed in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and OST. He has a strong understanding of current market conditions, a vast  knowledge of many different construction methods and keen attention to detail.

Bao is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture.

Joe Roach
Cost Estimator

With over twenty-five years of experience, Joe Roach is instrumental to the PM&C team. He brings ample knowledge of the local and national construction industry having worked on projects ranging from $2 million to $150 million in the residential, institutional, health care, assisted living, hospitality, historic preservation, and commercial construction markets.

In addition to his cost estimating expertise, Joe has completed several business and leadership training programs and will work closely with Peter and the team in expanding PM&C’s clientele.

Joe is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management.

Amy Happ
Office / Marketing Manager

Amy is at the helm of PM&C’s business operations, making sure all facets are in working order. She manages scheduling, invoicing, payroll, record keeping, proposal production, client communications and the development of marketing programs and materials.

She is a graduate of Marquette University with a BA in Journalism.
