The new Glover Elementary School is a 2-story, 79,108 sf elementary school servicing kindergarten through 3rd grade. This project, partially funded by the MSBA, has 20 modern classrooms with 5 for each grade. Built to house 425 students the brick L-shaped building will include a cafeteria, library, gym and elevator to service the entire population. This project included building on a challenging site which required extensive rock removal.
PMC worked closely with the architect to provide estimates during Feasibility, Design Document, 60% Construction Documents and 90% Construction Documents phase. The school was completed in 2013.
