This 2-story building project, partially funded through the MSBA, included a “gut-renovation” of 162,000 sf of high school and a new 110,000 sf addition to house a new middle school as well as a complete redevelopment of the site. Completed in 4 phases, PMC provided cost estimating throughout the 2-year project.
