Project controls for parking garage expansion projects at Logan Airport. Expansion will provide 9 additional parking levels to the West parking garage as well as an elevator and connection corridor to Terminal B. This project also had extensive utility relocation and roadway work. Special attention is being paid to garage exteriors through the use of kinetic facades to provide distinctive screening and an attractive backdrop to the 911 Memorial and the Hilton Hotel. The West Garage is being completed on an aggressive timeframe and using Lean Construction principles.
