Serving as the bank inspector for Northern Bank and Trust, PM&C monitored the construction of a new high-rise mixed-use residential building located at 14 West Broadway in South Boston. The building consists of 10-stories of 49 high end residential units of which seven are 2-story units on the 7th and 9th floors.
This new high-rise accommodates a restaurant on the first and second floors as well as other amenities including a lounge area, conference room, roof top patio and a shared concierge with the adjoining hotel that was constructed under a separate contract.
The building also includes one level of vehicle-elevator-accessed underground valet parking garage.
