The Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center project is a new 48,000 SF facility built on the site of the former state police barracks in Brighton, MA. The building houses family medicine, dental, vision, behavioral health and OB/GYN clinical spaces as well as pharmacy, optical retail, office, administration spaces, conference and training rooms.
Working on behalf of PCI Fund, the lending bank for this project, PM&C provided on-going construction monitoring and requisition review.
