The Massachusetts Mill, Picker Building, was an adoptive reuse project in Lowell, MA converting a historic mill building into a 70-unit apartment development. The project site is a part of the Massachusetts Mills complex, which was a former mill operation, and improvements to the site included extensive soil remediation, hazmat removal, new landscaping and miscellaneous site improvements. New surface parking was added on a portion of the footprint as well as in the interior of the building.
