Budget: $18M
PMC provided cost estimating for the Design Development phase of renovations to Medway Middle School. This project included window replacement, HVAC upgrade, renovation of the school administration suite and several classrooms, and a new main entrance which connects the two existing buildings. In addition, fire sprinklers were added to the entire school.
These updates will extend the life of the middle school by 30–40 years and were partially funded by the MSBA (Massachusetts School Building Authority).
