Completed: 2012 PM&C provided owner’s project management services for this fast-track mixed-use development, which was also part of the MassWorks Infrastructure Program. The project entailed converting underutilized space in Chelsea into 120 residential units, retail shops, and public open space. Massachusetts allocated $500,000 in funding to support public infrastructure in this area, so PM&C worked closely with state and local authorities to demonstrate that the funds were managed efficiently. Our services encompassed providing budget estimates, document reviews, contractor negotiation, permitting and setting and monitoring the construction schedule, set forth by the City of Chelsea.
